The way to cure Obesity is not always by lowering your Daily Calories, and here's why...

Haven't you ever wondered why some people are naturally overweight while other people can remain skinny while eating twice as much?

The truth is that your total "daily calories" is not the deciding factor in whether you're overweight or skinny.

You see, there are 3 main types of calories that you can eat each day.

First, there is protein...

Next, there are carbohydrates (carbs)...

And finally there are fat calories...

The truth is that your body doesn't pay attention to how many daily calories are eaten, but rather your body pays attention to how much of EACH TYPE of calorie that you consume.

For example, if you eat too many sugar based calories (sugar is common in fat free foods) then your body won't be able to use all of those sugar calories, and the excess calories will be stored as fat tissue.

This can happen even if you didn't eat very many daily calories, because if you eat too many "wrong" calories then you'll get fat. This is why many obese people remain overweight their whole lives even though they eat less than some of their skinny friends and family members....

And it doesn't have to be this way, because even though it's true that some people have slower metabolisms (and suffer from obesity) they can still get just as skinny as their friends if they just learn to EAT THE RIGHT TYPES OF CALORIES EACH DAY.

You see, your body needs protein, carbs and fat calories too. Your body needs all 3 types of calories, but it does not need them all in the same proportions at every meal.

Certain types of fat calories can speed up weight loss believe it or not, while other types of "fat free foods" will actually make you overweight if you eat them too often.

Why else do you think that losing weight is so difficult? Why else do you think that our society is suffering from a serious obesity problem which is getting worse?

It's because the ANSWER to weight loss is the OPPOSITE of what most people think. Most average people have been brought up to believe that eating "fat" is bad and that eating "fat free foods" is healthy.

That may "seem" logical at first, but in reality the opposite is often true. Eating "fat" does not automatically turn to fat tissue on your body, and eating "fat free" does not automatically cause weight loss to happen either.

To begin losing weight you must realize this fact and open your mind to a new way of dieting.If you want to lose weight fast then you must learn to eat foods which have fat burning properties, and these are foods which keep your blood sugar level more stable throughout the day.

You see, if you eat foods which cause your blood sugar level to spike upwards too sharply then you'll feel "energetic" for a short while -- but then afterwards your blood sugar level will drop way too low and you'll feel tired and lethargic for the rest of the day.The higher your blood sugar rises after a meal, then the lower it will drop afterward.

...And when it drops you'll feel tired and hungry all over again. This is why obese people often suffer from "highs and lows" in their energy level.

But if you begin eating fat burning foods (which keep your blood sugar level stable throughout the day) then your energy will be steady all day long, you'll have plenty of energy and you won't ever feel tired of lethargic.Also, when your blood sugar level is kept stable then your body's natural fat burning engine will begin burning more fat tissue. That's why these are called "fat burning foods".

HL & Sauna

after a month plus..my weight now is 74kg...i'm quit hapi with my progress..HL & sauna help me alot...up to date i dah habihkan duit RM 450 (sauna) & RM 650 (HL)..bebaloi sgt...

dulu aku habihkan RM 4K kt slimming centre 2 bln turun 5kg jer. . tp ngan HL aku bleh turun almost 10kg in a month only...

mujurlah aku tesedar awal....skng aku akan setia ngan HL & sauna....itu janjiku.....

My Progress with HL

I have spent a month losing weight,by now,I have lost about 7kg with HL. Now,I want to share my experience with the people need it. My method is very simple, that is eat less,exercise more. Eat less is not means of eat nothing, at breakfast and lunch, you can eat anything you want,but make sure you know what you eat. by the way, the breakfast is important to us,it is advantage to us losing weight.The dinner is also important,we had better not eat something that imply a lot of energy,we can eat some fruit.And if we want to lose weight quickly,we can eat nothing after lunch,but this is not suitable if you want to insist long time.I don't approve take medicine,it may destroy our healthy.At last,any method need insist. Believe me that HL product very helpful in losing my weight so far................as i'm very desperate to lose some more....

Berat hari nih 74kg.....setelah 2x aku menggunakan steam sauna nih aku telah berjaya membuang 3kg lemak2 xguna dari tubuhku........mmg bebaloi aku beli benda alah nih...husben aku pun tumpang besauna skali...

pandangan ikhlas aku ler...bersauna nih lagi effective dr aku excersise treadmill hari2..banyak giler penuh kuar...aku cume abihkan masa 20minit bersauna satu hari...seminggu 3x...badan mmg rasa ringan...

kesimpulan cite aku hari nih...aku suke steam sauna nih...sbb aku bleh luangkan lebih byk masa melayan anak aku...klu tak aku pagi2 dah kena excercise pastuh kelam kabut besiap g opis..ptg balik keja kena excercise lagi pastuh masak diner utk husben aku plak..letih..oooooo...anak aku plak sian xde sape nak main ngan dia...now aku dah bleh main ngan dia hari2...

18th Days HL

Being unhealthy, overweight and depressed was becoming intolerable for me. Weight Loss Traps!

1. Not drinking enough water

Look, I know you don’t want to hear this, but there’s a reason why you need to drink water. 2. Not eating enough food

So it’s basically doing everything it can to retain the fat you already have on your body. You’re basically fighting yourself when you don’t eat enough.

3. Eat 2 or 3 big meals a day

WRONG! Your body needs small meals for fuel. For many reasons. First, smaller meals more often speed up your metabolism due to the digestive process. There’s fat burning going on when you’re digesting food. You can eat the same amount of food, just spread it out among more meals. This causes way more fat burning.

Cara Mengira Tubuh Ideal

Bentuk tubuh ramping bagaikan peragawati itukah yang dikatakan cantik menawan? Walaupun istilah ramping itu subjektif kerana ada yang mempunyai rangka besar dan kecil, tetapi ada ukuran tertentu digunakan untuk menentukan sama ada seseorang itu sudah berada dalam bentuk badan yang ideal atau sebaliknya.

Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) menetapkan Indeks Jisim Badan (BMI) sebanyak 22 sebagai berat badan unggul (tetapi 23 juga diterima). Ia bukan saja boleh menjadi pengukur kepada keseimbangan berat badan, sebaliknya menjadi penanda aras bagi kekerapan untuk tekanan darah tinggi.

Ini kerana kajian menunjukkan hampir 50 peratus individu yang mengalami masalah tekanan darah tinggi mempunyai BMI melebihi 30. Ada juga individu yang hanya gemar menimbang berat. badan tetapi adakah ia tepat kerana selalu berubah andai ditimbang pada waktu berbeza?
Realitinya penurunan timbangan berat badan yang tidak memudaratkan fungsi tubuh ialah dua hingga empat kilogram setiap bulan saja, Antara panduan yang diberikan untuk menimbang berat badan ialah menimbang menggunakan penimbang yang sama selain kiraan diambil pada waktu sama setiap kali yang mana paling baik ialah seminggu sekali saja.


Sungguh pun begitu, walaupun kiraan timbangan paling asas dijadikan panduan, nisbah ukuran pinggang dan punggung (WHR) adalah paling tepat menentukan bentuk tubuh paling ideal. Panduan berikut boleh digunakan sama ada lelaki atau wanita, untuk mengetahui di mana tahap anda.

Ukuran BMI

Cara kiraan BMI ialah membahagikan berat badan dengan ketinggian (dalam meter) ganda dua atau Berat (kilogram)/[Tinggi (meter) x tinggi (meter)]

Ukuran lilit pinggang.

Ukur lilit pinggang bagi wanita mestilah tidak melebihi 80 sentimeter (32 inci) dan lelaki pula antara 88 hingga 94 sentimeter (36 hingga 40 inci).

Nisbah ukuran pinggang dan punggung (WHR) adalah kaedah penentu untuk mengetahui bentuk badan baik dan ideal bagi setiap orang. Caranya ialah membahagikan ukuran pinggang dengan punggung yang mana bagi wanita, ukurannya mestilah tidak melebihi 0.8 dan 1.0 bagi lelaki. Sekiranya nisbah WHR melebihi tahap ditentukan di atas, bermakna bentuk badan kurang cantik walaupun BMI anda dalam lingkungan normal.

sbnor nyer aku gemok nih sbb lemak air jer...bile aku minum F1 hari2 (without F3) kejap je aku rasa badan nih susut tp flabby jd sana sini...w/pun xramai yg perasan aku dah kurus skit (hehehe...perasan nyer..) tapi ade gak yg start tegur baju aku dah longgar... target aku bulan nih aku nak turunkan lagi 5kg..then start ambik F3 untuk tegangkn mane yg patut.....FLABBY....erkkk...ngeri tengok....

As per today...

after 13th days HL..wanna see the result???? yeah...my weight now is 77kg...wow..sonok sgt..my hubby xleh la ketawakan aku lg..slama nih bile aku pakai baju lama2 mesti xleh nak masuk tang punggung...asyik tesangkut je...tp tengok la..bulan depan aku akan pastikan aku bleh sarung blk baju lame....yg penting DETOX kena buat every weeks.....
