The way to cure Obesity is not always by lowering your Daily Calories, and here's why...

Haven't you ever wondered why some people are naturally overweight while other people can remain skinny while eating twice as much?

The truth is that your total "daily calories" is not the deciding factor in whether you're overweight or skinny.

You see, there are 3 main types of calories that you can eat each day.

First, there is protein...

Next, there are carbohydrates (carbs)...

And finally there are fat calories...

The truth is that your body doesn't pay attention to how many daily calories are eaten, but rather your body pays attention to how much of EACH TYPE of calorie that you consume.

For example, if you eat too many sugar based calories (sugar is common in fat free foods) then your body won't be able to use all of those sugar calories, and the excess calories will be stored as fat tissue.

This can happen even if you didn't eat very many daily calories, because if you eat too many "wrong" calories then you'll get fat. This is why many obese people remain overweight their whole lives even though they eat less than some of their skinny friends and family members....

And it doesn't have to be this way, because even though it's true that some people have slower metabolisms (and suffer from obesity) they can still get just as skinny as their friends if they just learn to EAT THE RIGHT TYPES OF CALORIES EACH DAY.

You see, your body needs protein, carbs and fat calories too. Your body needs all 3 types of calories, but it does not need them all in the same proportions at every meal.

Certain types of fat calories can speed up weight loss believe it or not, while other types of "fat free foods" will actually make you overweight if you eat them too often.

Why else do you think that losing weight is so difficult? Why else do you think that our society is suffering from a serious obesity problem which is getting worse?

It's because the ANSWER to weight loss is the OPPOSITE of what most people think. Most average people have been brought up to believe that eating "fat" is bad and that eating "fat free foods" is healthy.

That may "seem" logical at first, but in reality the opposite is often true. Eating "fat" does not automatically turn to fat tissue on your body, and eating "fat free" does not automatically cause weight loss to happen either.

To begin losing weight you must realize this fact and open your mind to a new way of dieting.If you want to lose weight fast then you must learn to eat foods which have fat burning properties, and these are foods which keep your blood sugar level more stable throughout the day.

You see, if you eat foods which cause your blood sugar level to spike upwards too sharply then you'll feel "energetic" for a short while -- but then afterwards your blood sugar level will drop way too low and you'll feel tired and lethargic for the rest of the day.The higher your blood sugar rises after a meal, then the lower it will drop afterward.

...And when it drops you'll feel tired and hungry all over again. This is why obese people often suffer from "highs and lows" in their energy level.

But if you begin eating fat burning foods (which keep your blood sugar level stable throughout the day) then your energy will be steady all day long, you'll have plenty of energy and you won't ever feel tired of lethargic.Also, when your blood sugar level is kept stable then your body's natural fat burning engine will begin burning more fat tissue. That's why these are called "fat burning foods".

after a month plus..my weight now is 74kg...i'm quit hapi with my progress..HL & sauna help me alot...up to date i dah habihkan duit RM 450 (sauna) & RM 650 (HL)..bebaloi sgt...

dulu aku habihkan RM 4K kt slimming centre 2 bln turun 5kg jer. . tp ngan HL aku bleh turun almost 10kg in a month only...

mujurlah aku tesedar awal....skng aku akan setia ngan HL & sauna....itu janjiku.....

My Progress with HL

I have spent a month losing weight,by now,I have lost about 7kg with HL. Now,I want to share my experience with the people need it. My method is very simple, that is eat less,exercise more. Eat less is not means of eat nothing, at breakfast and lunch, you can eat anything you want,but make sure you know what you eat. by the way, the breakfast is important to us,it is advantage to us losing weight.The dinner is also important,we had better not eat something that imply a lot of energy,we can eat some fruit.And if we want to lose weight quickly,we can eat nothing after lunch,but this is not suitable if you want to insist long time.I don't approve take medicine,it may destroy our healthy.At last,any method need insist. Believe me that HL product very helpful in losing my weight so far................as i'm very desperate to lose some more....

18th Days HL

Being unhealthy, overweight and depressed was becoming intolerable for me. Weight Loss Traps!

1. Not drinking enough water

Look, I know you don’t want to hear this, but there’s a reason why you need to drink water. 2. Not eating enough food

3. Eat 2 or 3 big meals a day

Cara Mengira Tubuh Ideal

Bentuk tubuh ramping bagaikan peragawati itukah yang dikatakan cantik menawan? Walaupun istilah ramping itu subjektif kerana ada yang mempunyai rangka besar dan kecil, tetapi ada ukuran tertentu digunakan untuk menentukan sama ada seseorang itu sudah berada dalam bentuk badan yang ideal atau sebaliknya.

Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) menetapkan Indeks Jisim Badan (BMI) sebanyak 22 sebagai berat badan unggul (tetapi 23 juga diterima). Ia bukan saja boleh menjadi pengukur kepada keseimbangan berat badan, sebaliknya menjadi penanda aras bagi kekerapan untuk tekanan darah tinggi.

Ini kerana kajian menunjukkan hampir 50 peratus individu yang mengalami masalah tekanan darah tinggi mempunyai BMI melebihi 30. Ada juga individu yang hanya gemar menimbang berat. badan tetapi adakah ia tepat kerana selalu berubah andai ditimbang pada waktu berbeza?
Realitinya penurunan timbangan berat badan yang tidak memudaratkan fungsi tubuh ialah dua hingga empat kilogram setiap bulan saja, Antara panduan yang diberikan untuk menimbang berat badan ialah menimbang menggunakan penimbang yang sama selain kiraan diambil pada waktu sama setiap kali yang mana paling baik ialah seminggu sekali saja.


Sungguh pun begitu, walaupun kiraan timbangan paling asas dijadikan panduan, nisbah ukuran pinggang dan punggung (WHR) adalah paling tepat menentukan bentuk tubuh paling ideal. Panduan berikut boleh digunakan sama ada lelaki atau wanita, untuk mengetahui di mana tahap anda.

Ukuran BMI

Cara kiraan BMI ialah membahagikan berat badan dengan ketinggian (dalam meter) ganda dua atau Berat (kilogram)/[Tinggi (meter) x tinggi (meter)]

Ukuran lilit pinggang.

Ukur lilit pinggang bagi wanita mestilah tidak melebihi 80 sentimeter (32 inci) dan lelaki pula antara 88 hingga 94 sentimeter (36 hingga 40 inci).

Nisbah ukuran pinggang dan punggung (WHR) adalah kaedah penentu untuk mengetahui bentuk badan baik dan ideal bagi setiap orang. Caranya ialah membahagikan ukuran pinggang dengan punggung yang mana bagi wanita, ukurannya mestilah tidak melebihi 0.8 dan 1.0 bagi lelaki. Sekiranya nisbah WHR melebihi tahap ditentukan di atas, bermakna bentuk badan kurang cantik walaupun BMI anda dalam lingkungan normal.

after 13th days HL..wanna see the result???? yeah...my weight now is 77kg...wow..sonok sgt..my hubby xleh la ketawakan aku lg..slama nih bile aku pakai baju lama2 mesti xleh nak masuk tang punggung...asyik tesangkut je...tp tengok la..bulan depan aku akan pastikan aku bleh sarung blk baju lame....yg penting DETOX kena buat every weeks.....

Weight Training:
Five days a week at 7:30 a.m. Different body part each day. I typically super and triple set my workouts. It takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Cardiovascular:
30-45 minutes of cardio (treadmill) at 8:00 p.m. If I have less time I will do high intensity cardio, but I typically keep it moderate to high.

Today early morning bgn tido aku terus cari penimbang....yes..yes..yes...berat aku turun lagi 500g..ni yg buat aku terus semangat nak kurus...anak aku tekulat2 jer nengok mak nyer teloncat2 sorang2..budak kecik ni pun satu cepat plak dia bangun...

2nd Day HL

Pagi tadi timbang ting..ting..ting... wah sonoknyer dah turun 0.5kg... ade improvement... nih yg semangat nak diet nih...

MENU HARI NIH:

pagi : air kosong + roti sekeping jer, + F1 +teamix

tgh hari : air kosong + sup tomyam (xder nasik k) + teamix

mlm : air kosong + F1 + teamix

now for the exercise part, I personally set to go walking one to two miles perday on my treadmill only, then I also plan on doing all the regular stretches that I used to do before I got so fat, I figure I'll start out with twenty-five of each exercise and work towards a goal of a 50 reps of each exercise, I also plan to jump rope several times per day, and use a glider that I have several times per day, also use a step machine a few times a day (at least two times a day).

oh! another thing I have been doing is going on different sites and reading about people who have lost a hundred pounds or more so I can see what they did so maybe I can get some helpful ideas.

apepun i always be careful as i working towards my goal and normally i'll stop exercising if i feel dizzy or lightheaded or happen to get chest pains, so far using this way i'll be able to reduce my weight 4-5kg/mths. i believe it is possible.

Now my weight is around 82kg. i need to get rid about 22kg...huh..banyak tuh...agak nyer bile aku bleh capai berat anak dara dulu erk.............xpe...la nih kena kuat semangat...kawan2 aku yg saiz beso kat luar bleh slim xkan aku xbleh.....
aku akan pastikan berat aku turun ke angka 7+kg ujung bulan Mac nih....USAHA.....................
Makan kena jaga...aku nih selalu terkantoi....camne erk nak buat...kosongkn acount kot..bile dah tak berduit tak le aku belanja makan jer....okey2 aku cube skng.

When I start 'BIG'??


When I’ve started working at Batu Caves, I’ve really neglected myself. I dont exercise at all, and it shows. Clothes that were loose some years back, are really very snug now. Some of which, were deemed as inappropriate by my mum that she actually threw it away!

Sometimes I look at myself and I wonder how I got so large. (Ok, so I binge eat alot) Back in school, I’d never go more than 70 kilograms. Nowadays, I’d be lucky if I dont tip the 100kg mark. Lets face it, I’m already overweight.

I’m not fine with the way that I look actually. In fact, I actually like my last few years body type (hehehe...betoi ker wording aku nih). A woman’s self worth should not be measured by slimness of her waist. But the truth is, it does get depressing when trying to buy new clothes, finding that you need several size larger than what you normally used to wear before. It is even worse now that I feel more lethargic than have ever felt before. I cant do 2.4km without gasping of air. Just climbing up the stairs will leave me panting.

Just on monday, after having lunch with my frenz, I was so tired, that I dropped myself and almost couldnt concentrate on the work. This is bad.
Luckily for me, I have my mum for guidance. Even my good friend Su is asking me to join her for Yoga. At least with friends, they give you some form of motvation. hopefully it wont be so bad after all. But aku x join pun yoga tuh...mane ade masa..(actually malas kot hehehe........)

Just now, I went through some personal family pics (Raya 2008). Ohh!!! My god ...... I really look big! I went to look at myself in the mirror....... eh.. tak de le besar sesangat. But when I look back at the pics in the computer..... gigg...memang I look big.

Then one day I asked my besfren." Su am I big? Really... tell me frankly!" I said.
" Well.... honestly..... jangan marah, boleh tahan jugak lah!" was her sincere answer.
" Ei..... ye ke?? What am i going to do? I big and you chubby." What am i going to do?" I asked again.

We came up with a few suggestions.
Here they are:
*DIET ............... No..... susahlah .... tak tahan godaan!!!!!
*EXERCISE ............. Ei...... malaslah... tak larat!!!!!
*ENROL di MARIE FRANCE BODYLINE ....... kering la poket ku.........KAH!KAH!KAH! That's all funny. We both laughed at the idea.

Suddenly Su said "I know...I know......".
"What? Apa dia?" i were eager to know.HERBALIFE!!! LET"S TRY HERBALIFE!!!!
So many people out there said..... boleh reduce weight. You can see the difference within a month.

Me : Ish... betul ke????????
Su : Dah ada living proof. So ape kata kita cuba. i let u try first becoz i don't hv more budget dis months. If it works to u then both of us use the product. Both agreed.

And Herbalife..... it shall be! i'll wait and see for the result.I hope to be SMALLER than what I am now. And hopefully BOTH will be SMALL or SLIGHTLY SLIM. Baru le dua-duanya MENGANCAM!!!

Hari ni aku nak cube produk nih..ntah nape tiba2 bekobar2 nak rasa kuruskan badan. Nway i hope dis is my last trial. Banyak dah duit aku perabih untuk produk2 pelangsingan nih tp sume hampeh.
